We do this by featuring great deals on travel destinations both local and abroad, offering exquisite dining, lifestyle and relaxation services – all at a fraction of the price you would normally pay.
Do I have to pay a fee to become a member?
No! Becoming a member of DEAL DOZEN is completely free and will take no more than a few seconds.
Can I refer my friends to DEAL DOZEN?
Of course! Our deals are best enjoyed with a friend or two. So invite your friends to share in each one of your DEAL DOZEN experiences!

Deals & Payment
How do I buy a deal?
Find a deal you want? To buy a deal, simply click on the BUY button next to the deal. You will then be given the option to Buy & Share the deal on Facebook or just Buy directly. After that, you can choose to purchase the deal for yourself, or send it to someone else as a gift.
Does a deal have a minium number of required purchases before it wil be valid?
No! Even if you are the only person who purchases the deal, your coupon will still be valid.
Why is the Buy & Share price different from Buying the deal directly?
Since DEAL DOZEN deals are best enjoyed with the company of friends, we give you an added incentive to share the deal on Facebook! If you share the deal on Facebook, you will be able to get it at a lower price compared to just directly purchasing without sharing.
Can I still get the Buy & Share price if I do not have a Facebook account?
Sorry, you need to have a Facebook account to get the Buy & Share price. Don’t worry though! You can still purchase the deal at the regular discounted price.
Why is there no option to just buy the deal? I only see the Buy & Share option.
There are special deals which can only be bought through the Buy & Share option. Regular buying is disabled for these deals.
Why is the over the counter (OTC) locl bank payment unavailable at times?
OTC payments are disabled starting Friday 12 noon and will be reopened on Sunday at 12 noon. It is also disabled once a deal reaches 70% to 80% of the total maximum stock.
Where do I upload my deposit slip?
To upload your deposit slip, login to your account and go to your Dashboard. Go to Pending Transactions page and upload your deposit slip there.
What happens if I am unable to upload my deposit slip within the 24 hour period?
If you are unable to upload your deposit slip within the 24 hour period, your reserved slot will be forfeited.
If you are able to deposit payment within the 24 hour period but just failed to upload the deposit slip in time, you will still be given a slot if the deal is not yet full as long as you contact us and send us the deposit slip before the deal closes. However, if the deal is already full, your account will be credited with the deposited amount instead. You may use this credit for future purchases.
Is my payment information on DEAL DOZEN secure?
Of course! DEAL DOZEN does not handle any storage or processing of your credit card information. All credit card transactions on DEAL DOZEN are handled by our credit card processing partner – YESpayments.
Can I get a refund for purchases I have already made?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide any refunds for completed transactions.
Deal Dozen Referral Program & Credits
How do I get my coupon for free?
After your coupon purchase, you will be given the option to tell all your friends about the deal on Facebook, Twitter, Gmail and Yahoo. If 5 of your friends purchase the deal through your referral link, then you will get your coupon for free!
How do I get Deal Dozen Credits?
If you have successfully referred 5 friends to purchase the deal, you will be creidted an amount equal to what you paid for the deal in Deal Dozen Credits. For example, if you purchased a P1000 deal and successfully referred 5 friends, you will be credited with 1000 credits which you can use to purchase any of our other deals! 1 credit is equal to 1 peso.
What can I buy with my Deal Dozen Credits?
You may use your Deal Dozen Credits to purchase any of the deals on the website.
How do I check how many credits I have?
Login to your Deal Dozen account, you will see the number of credits you have at the upper right corner of the website.
Do my Deal Dozen Credits expire?
Your Deal Dozen Credits have a validity period of 1 year and will expire afterwards.
How do I refer my friends?
After your coupon purchase, you will be given the chance to tell all your friends about the deal on Facebook, Twitter, Gmail and Yahoo. If 5 of your friends purchase the deal through your referral link, then you will get your coupon for free!
How do I find my referral link?
You can find your referral links in 2 ways. Right after purchase, you will be shown your referral links in the Purchase Confirmation and Thank You page. After that, you may check your coupons page at http://www.dealdozen.com/dashboard/coupons and click on the INVITE MORE button to invite your friends.
My friend purchased a deal, but I did not get credited for the referral?
We can only track referrals if your friends click on the referral link you send them and make a purchase within 24 hours. Make sure they click on your referral link. If they do not click on your link and visit the website directly instead, your referral will not count.
How do I know which of my referrals purchased?
You can tell which of your friends have purchased the deal by visiting your coupons page at http://www.dealdozen.com/dashboard/coupons and pointing your mouse over the blue human icons. The name of your referral will pop up here.
Does my friend need to purchase the same deal as I purchased?
Yes. The referral will only be credited if your friend purchases the same deal you purchased.
I purchased 3 coupons of the same deal, if I refer 5 friends do I get all my purchased coupons free?
No, you only get 1 coupon free.
If I refer more than 5 friends, do I get more than 1 coupon free?
No, you only get 1 coupon free even if you refer more than 5 friends.
If my referral purchases 2 coupons, does it count as 2 referrals?
No, the referrals are counted on a per person basis and not per coupon.
Does the referral program apply for all deals?
The referral program applies for all deals except our Limited Deals.
What is a Limited Deal?
Limited Deals are deals that are very limited in quantity, so our referral program does not apply for these deals.
Coupons & Redemption
When will I be able to use my coupon?
Each coupon has a validity period found on the deal details page. You will be able to use your coupon once the validity period begins. Make sure to use it before the final date of validity!
How do I use my coupon?
You will simply need to print out your coupon and present it to the merchant establishment along with a valid government issued ID (you will not be allowed to redeem without proper identification). Make sure that the name on the ID matches the name on the coupon!
Can I buy a coupon and send it as a gift to someone else?
For most deals, you can choose to buy a coupon for someone else by choosing to do so after you click on the BUY button and then entering their name and e-mail address. The coupon will be e-mailed to them once payment is completed.
There are certain special deals however, which cannot be sent to others as a gift.
If I do not use the entire coupon value, can I redeem the remaining at another date?
No, the coupon must be consumed in a single visit only.
Can I use my coupon in combination with other offers?
Unless otherwise stated in the deal details, all coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other deals, offers and promos.
If I am unable to use the coupon, can I give it to someone else?
If you are unable to redeem your coupon, you may give it to someone else to use provided that the person redeeming it brings a photocopy of YOUR valid ID as proof that you have authorized that person to redeem the coupon on your behalf.
What happens if the establishment offering the deal closes before I redeem it?
In case the partner establishment offering the deal closes before you are able to redeem your coupon, just send us an email and we will provide you with a full refund of your purchase. Note that this is only applicable if the establishment closes BEFORE the last day of redemption. If the establishment closes AFTER the last day of redemption, we cannot provide you with a refund as the coupon expired before the establishment closed.
